Mercury
The Cape Cod Mercury is a 15 foot fiberglass sloop rigged for a spinnaker. It carries a mainsail and a jib or genoa. There is a centerboard version of the Mercury. However, most of the Mercuries sailed at QYC have weighted keels which adds to the stability. The club owns three that are loaned to qualified members. They are also used for sailing instruction.
