Despite the endless rain, sailing is happening. Most Wednesdays and Sundays QYC sailors have been out enjoying competitive racing. It’s hard to tell ahead of time whether or not the weather will cooperate, but those who show-up with optimism seem to get rewarded. If you’re not sure the persistently predicted thunder storms will cause a cancelation, I suggest you come see what’s happening.

Some of us drive in from over an hour away so no excuses for investing 15 minutes in driving down to the club for some weather gab and the possibility of some great racing. One intrepid member drove through torrential rain only to find a dry parking lot and boats being rigged.
