Quannapowitt Yacht Club

Good evening sports fans! -- Wednesday night racing is about to kick off for the
season ( Wed May 23!).  These races are more informal (and many think more fun) and
all who show up start together - no fleet starts.   We have a first winner a second
winner etc.

Unlike Sunday races  there is no race committee assigned.  Gen Costanza and Jim Orpin
have volunteered to be the core of the race committee but they need assistance.
We need volunteers to man the rescue boat and to help w/ anchors etc on the KT -
same 4 hours of "volunteer time credit as Sunday.

As the winds tend to die down at sunset we try to start as close to 6:30 as possible
and too keep the races short - if the wind holds out sometime we can squeeze in
3 races in before sunset.
