Thanks to the efforts of Gene Costanza, Gene Mullen, Rick Krepps and especially, Steve Bretton, who worked to freshen up Rescue 2 for the 2007 season, we should have a very safe summer. A fresh coat of paint, new rub rails and electrical cleanup should make the boat even more reliable.

On Sunday April 7, 2007 Rick Krepps and his son Josh launched Rescue 2. After a test drive, in the cold, it was decided that the boat was in good working order. Boats and Motors of Wakefield serviced the engine during the winter and it ran very well during this 2007 maiden cruise.
