Classes consist of 4 two-hour lessons. The course includes the following:

• Picking up a boat at a mooring
• Rigging sails
• Sailing a prescribed course
• Docking the boat
• De-rigging the boat
• Returning the boat to the mooring
• Safety and rules

Fees: $125 for an individual student; $200 for a couple. Prices are subject to change.
Participants of the program can deduct a maximum of $50 from their new Full Family/General Membership fee if they decide to join the club.
Note: Adult Sailing Students are required to supply their own Personal Safety Device (life jacket), which may be purchased at West Marine in Woburn or Peabody and right down the street from the club at Boats and Motors .
